Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy and comfortable stay with a few noise disturbances outside. The service was generally good but lacked proper parking advice. Located at the top of Robin Hood's Bay, it boasts stunning views. The dining experience was fantastic, a treat for any guest.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room offered a view of the sea, but unfortunately also overlooked a carpark and overflowing refuse bins. However, it was spacious and comfortable, complete with a bath and a large shower. The location was comfortable and very good, allowing easy exploration of the area.
The hotel offers outstanding rooms with excellent views directly onto the landing overlooking the reception area, a must-see. The service is wonderfully attentive, though a slight incident with leaving the door ajar after cleaning was a concern. The location is fabulous at the top of the bay with gorgeous views, but not well signposted on arrival. The dining experience is recommended with the delicious Whitby kipper, yet the menu may be limited. Overall, a characterful hotel with great value, especially for a quiet cup of tea and cake.
